In order for the desulfurization pump to run safely and have a long service life, daily maintenance must be paid attention to. The following aspects should be paid attention to during maintenance:
1.Maintenance of shaft seal
The packing shaft seal pump should periodically check the seal water pressure and water volume, and always keep a small amount of clean water flowing along the shaft. Adjust the packing gland regularly, check the packing and replace the packing regularly. The shaft seal water pressure and shaft seal water volume should meet the above ( Shaft seal inspection) requirements.
2.Adjustment of impeller
In order to ensure the efficient operation of the desulfurization pump, it is necessary to adjust the clearance between the impeller and the front guard in a timely manner, stop the pump when adjusting the impeller clearance, loosen the bolt that compresses the bearing box, and loosen the adjusting nut to move the bearing assembly forward while using the hand The rotation shaft rotates in the direction of the pump rotation until the impeller and the front guard are frictioned, and then the rotor is moved backward with the adjustment bolt, and the back-and-forth movement clearance is recorded, which is evenly distributed between the impeller and the front guard, Tighten the two dust discs until the gap between the rear shields is equal, and fasten them on the shaft. After adjustment, it is necessary to check whether the impeller rotates normally and whether the bearing assembly compression bolts are tightened before starting again, and then start the pump.
3.Bearing lubrication
When the bearing assembly is assembled, if the assembly is correct, the amount of lubricating oil is timely, the maintenance will be long, and the transport life will be longer. The maintenance personnel should regularly check the bearing assembly, check the condition of the bearing and the lubricating oil, and regularly add or replace the lubricating oil during operation. The interval time and the amount of injection are related to many factors such as the speed of the pump, bearing specifications, continuous working time, number of times the pump is stopped, the surrounding environment and operating temperature, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to gradually accumulate experience and add lubricant in a timely and reasonable manner.
4. The backup pump should rotate the shaft 1/4 turn every week to make the bearing bear the static load and external vibration evenly.
